Enjoying your houses BlackCat007....1 & 2 look great in game and are ideal for my returning from college sims and my retirees. 3 & 4 are a welcome addition

It's a good idea go forego custom content in an uploaded house.

I can, however, recommend the "clothes hook" dresser found on this site. It takes up very little space (one square) in a crowded bedroom and functions exactly as a dresser - it even allows some of the dresser hacks to work.

I know about this one, actually i'm using it a lot. It's just my policy, not to use any custom content. Whoever wants, can add it later by himself.
