This one is different.
It has only one floor.
The good news is that you have garage right beside your house,
I did it using the "boolProp constrainfloorelevation true/false" cheat.
The wall, that has the garage door in, looks a little bit distorted, but it doesn't catch an eye, if you are using wallpaper without any specific pattern.
In the garage you have some additional space to collect your favorite junk.

In the house you have kitchen, livingroom, bedroom, bathroom and breakfast corner.

And there is also a little garden in front and another one, bigger, behind to held your wild parties.

This House isn't that townie like and, I think, is suitable for the home neighborhood too.

The house is fully furnished with basic stuff like chairs and smoke alarm, though there is no car in the garage, you have to pick one and place by yourself.

*There are no hacks and/or custom content in this package.

Have fun!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Enjoying your houses BlackCat007....1 & 2 look great in game and are ideal for my returning from college sims and my retirees. 3 & 4 are a welcome addition

Nice work, BlackCat007! I'm glad that your starter homes series is so popular. Thanks for sharing!

It's a good idea go forego custom content in an uploaded house.

I can, however, recommend the "clothes hook" dresser found on this site. It takes up very little space (one square) in a crowded bedroom and functions exactly as a dresser - it even allows some of the dresser hacks to work.

I know about this one, actually i'm using it a lot. It's just my policy, not to use any custom content. Whoever wants, can add it later by himself.
And i too recommend it. The link is :

Good policy! You're coming up with houses faster than I can use them!
