This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Hi Guys,
Would you test these for me please?
Made with MilkShape and SimPE v0.48c they are both compatible with ALL games, are colour enablbed and have unique (registered) GUID's (so they won't overwrite anything in your game)
Polygon count: 774 (= low = good!
)
OK.... maybe I've been working too much on the next ModSquad release, but I seemed to have developed a thirst for 'quirky' items for the game. So, when I came across this Betty Boop graphic, together with my passion for clocks of all kinds, seems to have sent me over the edge... :confused:
These are fully working (Sim time-telling) Wall Mounted clocks incorporated into a large (and I do mean large!) cardboard cut-out (about 3" thick") of Betty Boop. My original idea was to make it for a NightClub reception area (or Ladies Powder Room) so I made the very large one. However, when I saw her in the game...well....being so big...well, she's a bit ....well....scary!
This, together with the fact that you can't really make a 'recolour' of this item (because of it's design, although it is recolourable), made me think...well, why not make a re-size instead of a re-colour. (see I told you I've been working too much!).
Anyhow, I have...and the smaller one looks much less intimidating in a bedroom (or non-night-time commercial venue)...and so I almost scrapped the bigger one. Then I thought....what the hell....someone might want her for a NightClub, so I've uploaded both versions. (You can see in the screenshots just how big they are...)
They have different GUID's so you can use both of them in your game. The catalogue descriptions are different for the two sizes but the catalogue thumbnails look identical (obviously).
You can find them under Electronics (where the clocks are) in both Residential and Commercial catalogues.
Please report any issues....and thanks for testing!
Bob
LOTS: Please do not include this in any LOT uploads. It is here for testing.
Recolours: Please feel free to post recolours here at MTS2 or any site. Please pm me about recolours so I can see them. I love to see what people do with my stuff. (As with all of my items) please do NOT include my original mesh file...please link back to it at this thread. .
Lastly, please do not clone or use on pay/subscription sites. Thanks .
