This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

This custom content if it is not clothing, may require a seperate download to work properly. This is available at Colour Enable Package (CEP) by Numenor.

Inspired by the MTS2 Retroville Set I made some grayscale recolors of various hobby items. In one of the screenshots you can see a dark gray piano and the expensive chesstable, in the other some band items in grayscale. The guitar plus its amplifier, the drums and a recolor of atavera's contrabass mesh which you can find here.

Be aware that the guitar recolors don't show up in the catalogue, you have to use the buy mode colorizing tool to assign them to both the guitar and its amplifier.
( Most people probably know this already, but I of course didn't and was like :swear: were are my guitar's recolors!!11! )

Happy Simmming!

Thank you LyricLee and puppersonpup, it's nice to be appreciated.

On the other hand I'm kinda embarassed to get such high praise for doing nothing but klicking on a button in my picture editor program that says convert into 8 bit grayscale.

Your B&W plant set LyricLee, now that's something to get really exited over. I suck at recoloring trees. The multiple layers stuff gives me a headache. :dolt:

That's cool. Reminds me of a house and couple that I made all in black and white. The idea was that they were characters living in a silent film world. I went through and picked out all the black, white and grey furniture. It was fun.
