Hello. I've been looking for something like that for a very long time because I'm damn exhausted to see those stupid Sims always standing when they grab food from the fridge or when they watch TV etc etc. I noticed this happened more often ever since I installed Dine out (and I never had it until recently) back then the problem occurred but not as it is now, so thank you for this mod. That's said, now I tested it in my game and I guess with the last patch/update it's not properly working, although it's hard to tell because I played with a family and they sat as they should at the table, one of them sat at the bar but my point is I didn't have to direct them toward any of the furniture. But in another save, like I play in a student's house and none of them are sitting when they grab food, they always stand either in front of the fridge or even if I put the plate down the table, they grab it and they stand in front of the table, like are you kidding me? Obviously I'm not controlling the whole dorm, just my own Sims that I'm forcing to sit. There's absolutely nothing refraining them to sit, they have plenty of room, it's one of the high table from University.
Here's an attached picture to prove my point, truly this is annoying. So I thought you might want to know your mod probably needs a small update. Thank you again and can't wait to have it in my game so they can finally put their asses down

Hi everyone ! I'm sorry I didn't reach out sooner, life's been pretty busy and I haven't played the Sims since the beginning of July.
I just had a look at my mod, and I can't figure out why it's not working for you, because everything is fine in Winmerge - the tool used to check the XMLs, if there are changes and everything. So I'll looker further into that, because, nothing explains why it's not working. Please bear with me a little more.
Could you per any chance tell me what other mods you were using alongside mine ?

As a note, I own the base game, Laundry Day, Seasons, Vampires, Holiday Celebration, and Realm of Magic. This is what I see whenever my self-sim (or any sim) eats food. She and other sims just stand like this and eats.

I've used this mod until it broke since the recent patch. A lifesaver. Sims neatly sitting down to eat. Hope it gets fixed soon.

It could, since both mods aim to fix the same thing, it's possible that they conflict :o
I'm still looking into the problem, I hope I'll find a solution soon

I don't know if it helps, but Edonerel and me has only LittleMsSam mods common, but I had all of them before the update, way before.
And I don't have bienchens eat at dinning table fix.

Update: I think it has to be something similar what causes sims are rather sitting at the pool edge than on chairs. (https://lotharihoe.tumblr.com/post/...e-pool-edge-fix) I checked this and there is a dining table with four chairs and my sims still go outside, even in cold, and sit at the edge of the pool to eat.

I don't think I have any mods that conflicts with yours. Like I just only have a couple of big mods to change the gameplay like MCCC and WickedWhims, also have the UI cheats extension and here's an attached picture from the few LittleMsSam's mods I use

I've been try to find what could be the problem, but I still have no clue as to why the mod isn't working as it should because everything seems find in the code.

I can't make out if this has been updated. The title says it needs a fix, but the smaller writing underneath says it's been updated on the 12th?? It's a great mod,I'm hoping you've had the time to fix it after EA's breaking everything!! Thanks.

Updated for 1.66.139.1020

The old Tunings don't allow the changes anymore so i used different Tunings in this Update (see Pic). Make sure you don't have any other Mod which uses these Files.

This Mod is not compatible with my Vampire Power Mod atm but will be made compatible soon. Done...

EDIT: I just saw that Shane is still active. Sry, feel free to use this Update for your Mod.

The Updated Version by me might not be needed anymore since Patch 1.67.45.1020. So try without it to see if EA indeed improved Sims sitting down

Some ppl still have issues, so this mod (updated version) can still be used.
