Realistic Bills (Not too high, not too low)

What this mod does.

Unlike the previous mod I made which lowered your bills to a fixed 100 simoleons (found here), this mod will eliminate much of the extra-fancy taxing that plagues this game's bills. Essentially, the game bundles an income tax together with your bills. But who wants to pay their taxes in a Sims game? We already do that in real life and look at what that's doing for us.

This mod will reduce the size of bills so that they are more manageable while maintaining some semblance of realism (i.e. no more 10k-20k bills). In the screenshot provided, you'll see how this mod reduces an 8260 bill to roughly a mere 700 simoleons. If you're looking for something that reduces bills, but has more complexity than a mod that simply fixes the price to 100 simoleons, this is the fix you're looking for!

Installation

If you'd like to use this mod, simply download the zip file and copy it over (without extracting it!) to your mods directory, which can be found in your Documents folder under Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods.

Load the zip file you downloaded into the Mods folder. Do not extract it. Just plop it in.

Also, go into your options > Game Options > Other and enable "Script mods" there.

Package files are no longer the conventional way to make mods that affect core functionality. Instead, mods coded in Python (PYO/PYC/PY) are used. This was a change that came in Sims 4.

Default Ok, but it will not load my game at all if I do that.
Ok, but the pyo files are not showing up on mods list even when I have the script things checked. The only mod that is working is the one set as a package. If I change it to py or to a package it will not load at all.
