This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

There I was thinking you only did expensive high quality P.C's and I find out you do Expensive high quality T.V's as well (I hate my sims they have better stuff than me I'm jealous of the little B*%"!£ds) lol.
