This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Hi guys,

Features:
-This toilet and sink combine to both fit on a single tile, but both are functional.
- Both work "off the grid" too.
- Most of the toilet textures are referenced from the game to keep the package as small as possible, so all the original colours are available, but I also added a white recolour for the toilet and added all the matching sink recolours. Each sink colour comes with a black or chrome version of the tap and "flush button".
- I removed the soap dispenser from the sink, but added a medium slot for you to put your clutter. Turn "moveobjects" on, and hold down the "alt" key and move things off the slot to place them at the same height somewhere else.
Turn "bb.moveobjects" on to place larger objects and also when you've already aligned your sink with the toilet (some deco objects will complain of clipping with walls and mirrors).

For more Off grid/tiny home combo items:
- Classic Toilet/Sink Combo
- Tiny Spa Toilet/Sink Combo
- Off Grid, one tile Shower/Toddler/Pet tub combo
- Off Grid Toddler/Pet Washtub

There are three sink options:

- Front: Your sims will stand in front of the toilet to wash their hands. This saves the most space, but the kids will stand in the toilet...so, I also made...
- Right and Left: In these cases sims will stand just to the right or left of the toilet. Choose the sink orientation that best fits your bathroom. Smaller type objects and even bathtubs can often still be placed next to the toilet/sink side at which the sim stands, larger objects sometimes need a little shifting and counters will also fit if placed sideways.
-The descriptions in the catalog will tell you which is which.

These objects are separate and are found in their sink or toilet categories:
- Sinks cost § 200
- Toilet costs § 400

How to use:
- Place the toilet.
- Hold down the "alt" key to drag the sink onto the back of the toilet. No "moveobjects" cheat needed.

Enjoy!

Polygon Counts:

Sink:
- High: 385
- Medium: 221
- Low: 141

Toilet:
- All unchanged, all reference the game.

Ok this is a big Step up from the last one 8/10. It would be pefect if the actual Toilet were the plastic one from Tiny Living

Thanks! I managed to squeeze the Tiny Living toilet and sink into one tile, but it looks cramped and I'm not sure if it'll work since I haven't play-tested it yet.

Thank you SO much. I like having homes that are closer to modern Eastern-styled homes, and this is perfect! Can't wait to see what else you have planned.

Oh, I was waiting for a more modern one. Thank you! I feel bad for asking if you could please make it as a standalone version instead of an override, pretty please?

This is awesome! Thanks so much for sharing! I would love to see a non-override version as well! I think would be even more versatile! Sorry for all the exclamation points...

Thank you very much! This is awesome! I'm going to get the traditional one as well. I pitched a toilet/sink combo idea on the official Sims forums years ago, but this is especially appreciated with the tiny living pack coming out (is it out yet?)
The toilet/sink combo was on my wishlist along with corner toilets (tank has a sort of triangular shape to fit in corners).
Excellent work!

Hi @arturchromicz and @VMScofield , I tried out the Tiny Living toilet, but it has such a small tank and the toilet seat cover is so far back that I can’t attach a sink to it. I’m going to try one more thing though, which is to attach a base game sink to the wall behind the toilet, but I can’t promise that I can make it work.
I’m trying to pair the TL sink with another toilet right now too. So those will be my next combos hopefully…wish me luck!

Wait, it's an override? (*LOOKS*) Of a Get to Work toilet? Hmm...
