This world looks phenomenal, but sadly it isn't working for me. As a Mac user, I use Keka to extract files, and it has always worked with all kinds of mods. I followed the instructions for downloading this world, but whenever I try to extract, an error message pops up. Any idea how to fix this?

I'm having an issue extracting the files. Whenever I extract them to a folder, it just says the folder is empty. I've had the same result on another world (and only on other worlds). Any suggestions to the problem? Because I really love the world you've made.

vegitariandino, clear your browser caches and redownload. Also be sure to follow the instructions on the Download tab.

I would love to have this world, but when I do the first part (extracting all the files to one folder) it tells me I need the next volume and to insert a disc. When I press okay it just comes up with the same message. It errors if I click cancel, but goes away after a few times. It refuses to extract them. :'(

I'm fairly sure I've downloaded and installed correctly, at least I've read the instructions repeatedly, however the population doesn't appear, any idea how to fix that?

Absolutely brilliant world, beautiful landscape, love the architecture!

...and Part 2 as well. It opens up the "Forbidden" window...
I would really love to play with your world.
For the ones who have trouble with extracting files: Look up in your help of your program for the multi part files. Maybe you find a way to solve your problems there.

Kattster et al. - You need to remove the randomly generated numbers from each file's name, then extract them in the same folder.

Gincgo & Anirosse - Sorry guys, this is an issue with downloading large files from MTS sometimes. They seem to corrupt occasionally. I find re-downloading the affected part solves this.

Hello! This is a beautiful world, especially coral details. It is little too big for my taste. It would be awesome if someone would create a world very similar to this, but little bit smaller. I tried, but don't have time to tinker in caw.

excellent work - very lovely and exciting neighborhood. i took time to go through all the comments and was wise enough to rename all .rar files before unpacking and then remove all spaces & unnecessary characters from the folder title before placing it in saves. and it worked like magic! gonna have loads of fun getting to know the citizens & the possibilities all over the town. i'm eternally grateful this neighborhood is free and base game compatible. thanks! xx

I found a weird problem: I created new lots (from the builtin edit mode in Sims3) and I cannot turn them into residential lots. I can only play this world with the premade residential lots.

I'm using basegame+ambitions if it matters. I'm using the Mac version fully updated.

Downloaded and installed without a hitch, and it looks excruciatingly gorgeous in the pics; hope I like it as well in-game.

and i only grabbed the world, not the savegame.
installed with no hitches, and im peering at the houses right now
Thanks for puting so much work into this place

(and no, i didnt fancy the WA version lol, i like a nice simple island and this version is just perfect for that )

This looks great!

Unfortunately, the link to the populated save game part 2 file is broken. It just takes me to a page that says "Forbidden."

I was SO sure this was never going to work on my poor laptop and basegame and all but it DOES and it's AWESOME especially since it doesn't require a million expansion packs but also because it's so beautiful and such a much-needed break from the tulips and red bricks of the default neighbourhoods. Thank you.

I'm unable to install anything -or even extract them into the folder. Every time I try, it just comes up with the message "You need to have the following volume to continue extraction: 1050256_kiwitea_NiuaSimoa_basegame.part (then it will have either the previous or next file number). rar Insert a disk with this volume and press "OK" to try again or press "Cancel" to break extraction."
Any help? Because no matter in what order I try and extract them in, it always comes up with the same message.

I downloaded it a day or two ago, and it extracted and is playing wonderfully for me. I downloaded the world and the saved game.
I think the problem people may be having (from 2 months ago, but oh well, I'm late to the party) is that they are not removing the string of numbers before the "kiwitea_NiuaSimoa_basegame.part". Before extracting, you have to rename the file to match the name of it on the download page here

Anyway, so far I'm enjoying it and I'm so glad I found it because I couldn't find an island world that I liked, until this one and since I have a Mac I couldn't create one of my own. This is perfect. Thanks again.
