This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
I havent uploaded a new mesh on MTS2 in forever, but I am back. ^_^ Even though you don't care but 
bleh. Anywho, here is a Baggy Capris full body outfit mesh for your Adult Males.
You may recolor the mesh with proper credits given.
