Inspired by some lovely Geisha outfits I downloaded I have put together a set of 4 lots all on a japanese and Geisha theme.
This is the smallest, it's a starter home, functionally furnished for under 20k.

I have included a pic of what it looked like after I packaged it, and spent a *lot* more cash on it :P

You will need:
walls and floors:
By Kitty (Kitty has also don a ton of other appropriate stuff if you want to redecorate)

Objectwise you will need:

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

All the Kitty links are not working - perhaps she has pulled her content? Its really too bad!

This seems to be a bit of an issue with old lots, I know MTS2 was overhauled at one point, so the content may have been removed or moved.

I do requests, but only when I'm asked....

I'm still working on my "Little lots" series of community lots of 3x2 or smaller. Feel free to PM me if you would like something I havn't done yet!

Well in any event its a really nice property. There is currently only one other Japanese residential lot at MTS2 under $20k, and that one I cannot use because it has half-walls. Your starter house works great as a vacation home in Bon Voyage. Thank you!

Excellent, glad you like it. With BV you can also update the roof to a proper pagoda roof, which would look much better. In fact I might download this myself (I am about 4 neighbourhoods removed from when i made this) and give it a BV revamp for my game!
