Well this is the first lot I have uploaded, and while a 'little' more expensive than I had hoped, it is ideal for those wealthy sims in any neighborhood.

Based on house plans found on Australian House Plans website, with some modification, this beautiful house offers any large sim family a spacious open plan living design featuring 4 bedrooms with ajoining onsuites, a half-bathroom (toilet only) on the ground floor for guests, spacious garage for two cars, two large and one smaller living space, modern kitchen with a large outdoor swimming pool.

This home comes complete with plumbing and kitchen ware along with all outdoor and the majority of the indoor lighting included.

This house has been placed on a 5x5 lot, and while a rather large house in itself there is still plenty of room for additional landscaping.

Lot has been scanned with Clean Installer and found to be hack free..
