This is house number 3 in my little series of houses its another real house made into sims i have put in less objects this time because someone said for my last house that i went a bit to far and im sure was right but anyway. i like how this house turned out accept for the paint job on the outside....its a little to blue for my tastes but its the best color i could find (sorry) :-) the file doesnt have any hacks or custom objects so it should work fine with your game, needs both ep's and costs $63,693 (alot cheaper than my other two houses :-) )i hope you all enjoy it :D

i got it here>>>>>

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Floorplan and overhead view seem to be of different houses. This house is great, though.

Cool house, thanks for sharing, if you own Nightlife you might like to lower the roof a tadd with the cheat RoofSlopeAngle ? where ? = 15 to 75.

Press Ctrl+Shift+c, type in RoofSlopeAngle 20, press Enter.

Experiment a little & have fun, looking foward to seeing more of your great homes.

Very good work. But if you have university expansion pack, why don't you use "roofslopeangle" cheat?
