A while back I post some pics of a trashy house I did in the Sims2Community Fav. Rooms Thread (Here's the link if you want to take a look), and since I got a lot of positive responses and was asked to upload, I made a duplicate of the original lot. It’s not exactly the same, the living area is a bit different, but the rest is pretty much the same. You’ll need to have both University and Nightlife installed for the lot to show up properly, and CEP is also required (http://sims.ambertation.de/cep.shtml). Most of the custom content that I used is included, and the things that aren’t are listed below the list of the included content.
