Very nice house! I'd download the house if it didn't have custom walls! But other than that you should be proud of the beautiful house! I wish I could make nice houses

This house is beautiful...but when I downloaded it and put it into my game it cost about 47K$! Definitely not the 'under 20K' starter house that I was hoping for.

I applogize. I didn't intend to mislead people. I didn't realize the price depends on which neighbohood you place it in. I made it in University because I was working on some other lots there and didn't expect the price difference. in university the price is 10,360. I'll fix my comments.
