Transparent clothes recolor for the Sexy Boots all skintones work

This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.

A number of people wanted it to work with all skintones and now it does. well the top part does, basically anywhere you can see skin will allow any skintone in the game to work with this outfit , make sure you grab the mesh in the first thread , and have university installed. Thanks.
