Yes, the terrain paints are included in this file. This is my 1st upload & wasn’t quite sure on linking terrain paint rules. I apologize to any very talented artists I may have offended by not giving them their earned credit: Rudyred2, Buntah, llona, Michelle0959, Simsisters - Lola, Netseeker2, Boo, Skye, Bienchens-sims2 world, BitzyBus - TSR. Thank you all. I always use a lot of terrain paints in my lot’s. Roddyaleixo, you rock, your invisible driveway has made designing so much fun.

I do have a Coastal House Collection I’ll share soon: Country Farmhouse, Mediterranean, European - English French Cottage & Victorian (all with swimable beaches).

I can't wait to see more of your lots! This one really has style and beauty! I asked about the terrains because if they weren't included the lot would have problem and probably a blue flashing terrain ( had a really bad experience with terrains lol ).

The only reason I'm mentioning this is that I am trying to upload my own house and have custom content from 11dots.com and had to remove it and I have to simply upload the lot itself with a link to the meshes from 11dots. Unless you have permission from the creators themselves.

I know it's an inconvenience but I wanted to point it out so you wouldn't get haggled by the creators.
