This is the next home that was produced in the elite gated community of Sprilng Hill Estates. It is a nice small home for a small family. It could hold, possibly 1 to 3 sims, maybe 4. It has nice rich colors throughout the house.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Thanks for sharing. The exterior looks very sharp, but it's a little hard to see the interior. I'll give it a whirl. I like smaller, less expensive homes.

Addicted to The Sims since 2000.

It's very creative. It looks almost like my friend Erica's house down on Main St. but it is more crowded around it. Small houses are nice for single sims, like mine usually are. So succesful, one of my sims had 60aspiration points, maxed out everything but cleaning and body, and is at the top of the equestrian career.

they're more successful alone cause you can focus on just them and they'll become great.
