This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
After taking you all back to the 50's with the Classical Piano
I have decided to bring you all (and your sims) to the 21st century version of what we like to call.....A piano:

Once again you cannot perform on this piano, you can only practise. Maybe I should have changed the pie menu string from Practise to Play because when you select "practise" your sims play just like performing just without the genre choices and the tip bucket :P

Recolors all allowed
I hope you all enjoy this piece as much as the Classical Piano. I find this great for a band! I always hated having cool drums and a cool guitar and then...well, a not so cool piano. If your gonna have like a popular band your band needs one of these babies!

The file has installed but will not allow itself to be placed on any kind of terrain or flooring. Any suggestions for how to fix this?

same problem with me, you CAN'T place it on any terrain or flooring,if you use the 'moveobjects on' it will work, but when you save and re-open or re-play your game again,it will not work, the lot where you put the piano wont allow you to open the game again...this sucks... please reconsider..cause we've been through a lot of trouble and time wasting building our house then suddenly the lot wont open because of the stupid piano...

Now I can have a band with someone who plays the piano, but it doesn't have to be that classical Maxis Piano! YAY! Now our Simmies can rock to their heart's content!
Thank you SOOOOOOOOO much!!!!

Actually, the keyboard is closer to the '80s, which is perfect, since my sims all live in 1988 (they all have old TVs, some from the '50s; they all use old computers from the '80s; they all listen to '80s music; and they all drive '80s or older cars [mainly '70s cars]).

An error has occurred. Unimplemented trap.

Does it work with Atavera's Custom Instrument Hack v.4.1? If it does, it would be fantastic. It looks just like my sisters keyboard and I would be able to build her real room for the game, she would be very surprised. But I really like this hack...

Nothing. I remain stuck with the original old fashioned piano as the only choice.

Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong that seems to prevent any of these objects from appearing for me? The files are always stored in the open in the downloads folder.

Ive got the exact same problem!
It drives me crazy... ><
Can I have some help with this please?

I like how this one is smaller and simpler than the eternal Maxis piano. Thanks!
