This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
This is my Mad Scientist set.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

I installed it as I have many other things, I just can't find the posters in the game, anywhere, where do I look?

EDIT: Ok, I found the lab pictures in with the default TOAST picture, look great :-)

Is this basically a Halloween set? I searched for "Halloween" (I'm decorating my sims houses with Halloween stuff since it's October now) and this was the only result. Am I right?
