Habitat 67 "Un": A Moshe Safdie tribute part 1 (3x3 lot, unfurnished)

Montreal architect Moshe Safdie's Habitat 67 was created for the world expo of 1967. It's 158 appartments are divided in three clusters of 14 differnent floor layouts ranging from one to four bedroom modern appartments. All of my references are from this site. All I can say is it's a true work of art and is a very imposing structure in real life !


"Un" is my version of "case study 2". A luxurious minimalist 1 bedroom (3rd floor), 2 bathrooms (1st/3rd floor), office and playroom (2nd floor), open kitchen/dining room, LOTS of plants, a nice swimming pool and a underground garage with a price tag of $205,239 as shown in the pics. It was tested in game prior to upload and plays very well!
However, I don't suggest hiring a gardener unless you want to see him complain all the time (a lot of plants in boxes made with the foundation/stage tool). There is also a graphic glitch caused by some exterior plants when viewing the lot in the neighborhood (they can easily be removed).

"Un" is part 1 of 3 lots I will upload. Part 2 "Quatre", will be my version of "case study 1" (4 bedrooms) and part 3 "Amalgame" will be as many of all four case studys I can cram on a 6x6 lot 10 stories high! This will be taking me some time so please be patient. Here are the pics of "Un"...
