This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

some ppl have said the download doesn't show up in their game i'm not sure why although i have all expansion packs installed
i'll try and find out what's wrong as soon as possible

i have redone the undies i unstalled all my games and reinstalled them all except pets they should show up in your game 
but if they still don't let me know
