Hmm, I too am having a bit of a problem with this house. I have Uni and Nightlife but this lot will not load without crashing the game. Perhaps there is some custom content which I don't have? Don't sweat it too much though, if other folks don't have any problems. I am trying another 1x1 lot just to make sure that it isn't a size issue. You still get accolades from me for your creation, no labour should go unrewarded.
Edit: Okay I downloaded "The Sunny little starter" by patul and am able to load and enter this lot with no difficulty so I must assume it's a content problem. BTW, don't let anyone discourage you from posting, it's only when things go wrong that we all learn from it. Keep smiling and creating.
