@Heli: This is a problem you´ll have with almost all downloaded food. I haven´t figured out yet how to keep this option. Sorry.

I love this food, but I had to remove it from my game. My sims keep setting fire to the kitchen, and I guess there is some kind of conflict or missing animation, because the food freezes in the oven, can't be removed, and the oven is useless afterwards. If I am lucky, I can pause the game as my sim is attempting to "get fish fingers", then use the moveobjects on cheat to delete the fish fingers and the oven is okay again, otherwise, I have to use moveobjects on to delete the whole stove and buy another one.

I don't think your problem has something to do with the fishfinger download. I used this dish in my game since I created it an never had such a problem (moreover, no one reported it so far).
What you describe sounds to me like a Maxis food bug I have read about in a German forum a while ago.
Did you test it in different households? And how often did it happen? Did you test the pork chops in the household where it happend to see whether they do work properly?
