nice... I remember doing something similar for a Sim who was supposed to be flat broke. I used a cheap wall skin for the walls and used the wooden floor that comes up when you have that crawlspace foundation laid down, and put just enough to keep my Sim functional (fridge, bed, toilet, shower) and let the fun begin...
