After a bit of digging around at the Sims 2 Graveyard, along with some trial and error (the pictures aren't that helpful), I've discovered the mesh for this download is available here. Either of the files marked "malecasual_003" or "malecasual_004" will provide the mesh required (both use the same one).
No need to use my full name, "Selly" will do just fine.
