i love the beddings, very attractive, the only problem i have, and these arent the only ones, is that there arent the drapery to match found in the game, so it looks rather out of whack having the lovely bedding but crappy drapes in the bedroom.

Actually, there are a bunch of drapes you can find that will actually take their texture directly from bedding -- any bedding you have installed that works on Maxis beds! -- and automatically give you drapes that match.

(CTNutmegger also did versions of the Maxis medieval bed with the curtains separated and redone to make the curtains also match the bedding.)

And SimAddict99 at TSR also has some nice bedding-match goodies, including bed-curtains (and also stuff that matches crib bedding, like a curtain and a crib canopy).

Be aware that by 'automatically match the bedding' I don't mean that they'll immediately change appearance to match the bedding you're actually using in the room, but rather that for each bedding recolor you have installed, a color option will also appear on the bedding-match items for that bedding. You still have to choose the color option for each item.

I did think about some curtains in the same colors, though, since it'd be nice to have some sheer curtains that match, too. I even have a full set recolored, if I remember correctly, so I need to check on the shareability of those, and finish a couple of other things I also wanted to do, and I'll release a second part.

okay not really sure whats going on with the blankets, havent been able to download them yet. My question is will these work without the blankets?

The three parts -- Teko's pillows, Jonesi's blanet, and the bedding -- are all independent of each other and any of them can be used without either of the other two. However, the blanket recolors require the blanket mesh from Jonesi, and the pillow recolors require Teko's pillow mesh from ReflexSims. If there's a long-term problem downloading the blanket mesh from the ReflexSims forum, just let me know and I'll upload it, since I know it's distributable.

These are fabulous! Love the colors........just one question: does this work properly with the bed animations? I'm asking cuz a couple of beds I've downloaded the Sims don't get under the covers or their legs/arms stick out from the bedding.......(ROFL!)

The blanket and pillows that I've recolored are separate-object decorations that work with most beds. Because they are separate objects, it's impossible for them to interact with the animations of a bed, so it may look a little odd when Sims actually get into the bed, because the bed moves and the decorations don't. (This is completely different from when the creator of a new-mesh bed doesn't know how or doesn't bother to make the bed animate nicely.)

The bedding recolors are recolors of standard Maxis bedding that works on all Maxis beds and most custom beds, and how well it animates is dependent on the bed mesh.

It's from the Glamour Life stuff pack. Since it doesn't have a footboard, it's great for showing off Jonesi's blanket.

The only reference I can find to the set with the pillow mesh on reflexsims is that the meshes will soon be available at TSR... Am I just looking in the wrong place, or did the original creator just screw over all the fans? :/

Damn, I knew Teko was moving all the stuff from his Murano website to TSR, but I didn't realize he was also planning to move the stuff from reflexsims too. I'll edit my original post.

Teko is a featured artist on TSR under the username Murano. As of right now I do not see that the Minore set has been uploaded to TSR, so you'll probably need to wait for him to do it.
