You might not have to have OFB. I just chose all the EPs I have for that "just-in-case" situation. It'd be great if you could let me know how it turns out

One MUST have all the EP's that the creator has installed to utilize a lot (there are a few niggling exceptions..we are in the process or rewritting the wiki on this issue). If you are missing an expansion pack, when you click on the house in the lot bin it will crash your game. The only way to remove it, at that point, is to use the cleaninstaller to locate the lot, in the lots folder, and delete it.

On the other hand, you don't need the 'stuff' packs IF AND ONLY IF you use the Clean Installer to install the lot. The walls/floors and objects from the stuff packs will not show up. You'll probably have a few bare walls and floors. I hope that was somewhat clear.

I'm worried that my latest Salvation Army donation will result in homeless people looking like sluts from the 90s.
