This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
These double curved stairs are not your everyday stairs, these ones are the most elegant and stylish of stairs. Place these luxurious stairs in your newest grand entrance adding beauty to your manor. Customly hand crafted elegant curves by me (SimArchitect) just for you...

Wow, these are beautiful! Just one question - can more than one sim go up the stairs at once? (they can't with straight staircases... that's why I always use connecting stairs...)

Hey i just downloaded and it tells me file is corrupted.

This might be my computer because this isn't first time a file has been corrupted from this site, but just wondering if anyone has advice.

Thanks

Poly count is not as advertised - 706 - considerably less than what you have posted.

I was suffering from Ugly Stair Syndrome.. until now! Did you ever notice how Maxis put like 3 horribly ugly things in the game
1) Hideous Sims (especially pale, male ones... ugh)
2) Ground covers
3) Stairs.

Thanks to you now we don't have no. 3 to worry about now!

by any chance will these work in sims 3? If not, is there any chance you would duplicate this mesh to work in sims 3 please? I really could use them. Another question would be, can these be singular, not having to use both sides at once?

I wish someone would convert them for sims 3 and maybe make a railing for it. just like gosik did with the cottage split level stairs.

They are usable, but the sims don't walk on it as if they're curved.
