I don't know, and I downloaded other 6 starter homes and they came with this kind of astronomical prices not them all, but most of them (four) are tagged with prices higher than 500, 000 simoleans!I can't even imagine what is happening...and as far as I know the higher value of familyfunds chat is 300,000 simoleans, so I can't buy any of these housesWell, I'll try to set them as community lots and then turn them to residential with the changeLotZoning, I hope it works!

Anyways, I like your house a lot, even just looking at the pictures!

Good luck with trying to fix the price. I dont know much about the sims2 codes and stuff so ure on ure own unless u can find a tutorial or post or something to show how to fix it
