This is gorgeous! I love the bridges and the water looks unplanned, purely organic.
I notice the diving board over the natural water near one of the bridges. I'm assuming that's all swimable? I've been trying to locate the tutorial for swimable lakes & ponds (that is not just a hole with terrain paint) and I know it's just a matter of the right number of clicks, but I haven't come up with the right # yet. Can you point me to the right tutorial?

To be honest, It didn't show up in my lots bin either. Any one have any ideas why? All other homes have shown up for me. I have all expansion packs. It isn't like I could screw it up after all, just double click it LOL!.

I had the same problem. Then I downloaded Sims2pack clean installer. I installed and run this installer. Then I double-clicked the lot again. So Sims2pack installed it for me and this works. I have this beautiful lot now in my Lots. Hopefully this is the solution for you too.

Oh my, I thought this was a community lot at first.

It's gorgeous, I love how the palm trees and water just seem to match with the house so well.

Maybe not cause dont you know that picture that makes your sims dance in sync,Well I REALLY wanted to use it so I could make a music video,and I just downloaded it and it actually worked!!!You needed University,and I dont have it but it still worked!!!Soooo You can try Cause I am!
