American Avenue™ is my series of houses for the downtown area. So you can find differnt house styles here: Single-family houses, multi-family houses and community buildings.




This house facts:
- Fire station (original: Broadway Fire Station, Revere, Massachusetts - built in 1912): Like my Police Station and my City Hall it is more a decorative lot. But there is enough place for changing it to a business lot (not only for selling fire alarms )

- Completly furnished with EA items + custom cars for decoration

- style: traditional


All kinds of comment are welcomed (thanks of course too).

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Cheers Larsson, my TS-2 Downtown area was very dull & strictly generic - until I came across your 'American Avenue' series that is!...

very realistically done, the only firehouse I ever seen on TV was in Ghostbuster movie ^_^ thank you

Wow...this is just like I imagined...even if it doesn't have a two story garage door! (I tried to build one and failed miserably) Great job!

Thank you so much for this fire station I love this house so much and your police station as well - I used them in my sims story, hope that is okay.
