Oehh sweet little ball!
I was a little surprised when my Sims played catch for the first time and a baseball showed up!

I want my Sims to play catch but I don't know how to make them play!! If I knew how I would download this cute ball and have them play all the time but I can not figure out how! Also I don't know how to have snowball fights But actually I will download this ball and maybe one day I will know how.

Thank you so much! I was a little peeved when my sims used a baseball to play catch, having never seen a baseball outside of TV. This is a much nicer, universal, option.

Ah ha, this makes much more sense than having a baseball! Kind of weird that the sims don't wear gloves if they intend to use baseballs, thanks for sharing this.

Hee, thanks guys! I hadn't really considered the international factor... just wanted to make this ball because I used to have one just like it and so did the not-quite-real-life versions of my sims. But I'm glad you all find it useful! :D

migamoo: Justin catches like a girl too. Like a girl who can't catch at all.

dragonfly3007: To play catch you click on another sim and choose "play/play catch". You might need to have a bit of a relationship score with the other sim in order for the option to appear. Same deal with snowball fights, except of course there has to be enough snow on the ground.

Ooooh, have you/do you think you could do a replacement of the kicky ball that came with uni to something a little less boring?

Thanks for this. I'll definitely be putting it in my game because I don't like that ugly default baseball (looks more like a softball too, with how big it is). But I don't think I'll ever have Justin and/or Brian play with it... *sniffles* Damn Chris Hobbs.

Can the ball be extracted and made into a buyable object (via buy mode)? All 3 ball variations (baseball, velcro, and a tennis ball) could be made too.

Eep, I'm sure that can be done but the balls would only be decorative. I have no interest in doing that though.

In Australia we play catch {well more like 'peg it at your siblings face'} usually with a tennis ball and they actually come in that colour! {love it when my 'puter tells me I spelt colour wrong -Your IP addy is aust doofus!!!} Thanks!!! :0)
