These houses are fantastic! I didn't come across this series until today and liked several of them. In fact, I downloaded a few of them for my small families. Keep up the great work!

Is there any lights?

No, sorry, I always forget lights. I tend to play with lighting effects off, slows down my laptop too much. This house is furnished with enough extra stuff that you could buy a couple overhead lights instead.

This is a huge house, considering how cheap it is! It just goes to show how far your money will go in SimNation. With houses like your series, Phaenoh, I confidently predict that the SimNation housing market will continue to run very well. Pity the average first-time house in the UK (where I live) has apparently gone up to £175,093, but I suppose you can't have everything...

By the way, Phaenoh, you're not the only person who plays with light-free houses a lot of the time. I usually don't bother installing lights unless the headmaster's coming round (the lights increase environment scores slightly at night), also for computer performance reasons.

Well, it hasn't lost all its charm. This one is absolutley perfect in terms of functionality and for larger starter families.

Nice plan, very open and playable but lots of space for a big family!
