Thanks to both of you.

I believe I have fixed the desert links. Thanks for the heads-up.

Well, it took me a long time to try these, and I wonder why I waited so long! These lots make great small, sunny lots for those Sims on a budget.

I remember using these years ago and I LOVED them, but now that I have The Sims 2 UC they won't even show up. I know it doesn't mention in your description but is there a certain folder that these files should be put in? I removed all my other downloads to check for conflicts and the mini lots still won't appear. :/

Skarlin, I don't even know what UC is.
I admit to being completely out of touch with Sims 2 by now...At the time these were created, all the info needed was in the post. Probably your best bet would be asking others who play your version. They may have some advice.

If there is some fix required to make these work for those using UC, it's fine by me for someone to do that job and repost. If you do, let me know, and I will add that info/link to the top post so it's easy for others to find.

Ultimate Collection---sorry! I should have fully typed it instead.

Ahh, well it's no biggie. Hopefully there's someone out there who can or has figured it out, 'cause I'd love to have them in my game again. Thank you anyway though!

This is probably not your problem, but I thought I'd bring it up anyway just in case I'm not the only one who can be a tad forgetful at times. I had the same issue with the lots not showing up when I redownloaded them to my new computer, only to then realize that I had forgotten that the files are Sims2Packs and just plopped them in my Downloads folder without properly installing them. As I said, this is probably not what's going on with you, but I figured it couldn't hurt to mention it. (I don't have the UC though, and even though I do have all SPs and EPs I'm not sure one can trust EA not to mess up their own stuff when compiling it to a collection...)

Yeah, that's not what the issue is, but thank you though! I knew what to do with them but for some reason they still would not show up. I ended up having to uninstall the ultimate collection--it suddenly didn't want to start, so I reinstalled using the original game disks. So I still have every expansion and stuff pack, everything's patched and whatnot but these mini lots STILL won't show up in my game, and I've noticed that neither will other downloaded lots or sims show up either, when they all used to before on my old computer, way before UC.

I'm starting to suspect that maybe it's my computer that's the issue o.O. It's only a couple years old, with Windows 7 64bit.
So annoyed, but hopefully I'll come across a solution.

I had no idea these existed until today. Wow. Learn something new everyday! Even though you did it years ago, thank you very much, this is great work and it's still useful and still very much enjoyed!

Thank you so much for sharing these empty lots, they're awesome, by now I'm downloading the residential ones, but sooner than later, I'll need the community ones, and then I'll grab them too.
