Hi all. I'm really glad you like the Brownstone. I did make a Ricardo family. I tried to use Maxis content and not custom. It kinda resembles them but not close enough to call them celebrity look alikes. I will upload them soon as I get a chance. Thanks for all your kind words!

I think that this is a wonderful accomplishment, considering that we rarely ever saw the outside of the fictitious 623 E 68h Street Brownstone or the Mertz's apartment, except in the "California, Here I Come!" episode, or a few episodes from season five where Lucy and Ricky lived with the Mertz's for a few days or when the Ricardos remodled the Mertz's apartment.

Thank you..you are 100% correct! Those were the only episodes that gave us a glimpse. I tried to incorporate the facade into the architecture of the apartments, so it was mostly perception and guess work.
This was one of my first creations. As I became somewhat more skilled in lot creating, I have wanted to go back and fix things. I can see a few places that I can improve upon. But it has a certain charm to it. :lovestruc

wow! I just found this. I had made some sims from the I Love Lucy show and now they will have an authentic place to live.
