Different versions?
It's one file but you can choose which one you would like to play.

I know it is quite late, but I MUST thank you for this download. EVERYTIME I see it on the downloads page, I' tempted to download it, but then realize I already have it! It is SO good. THANK YOU

After re-installing game I came to download this map again, I have had this in my game for ages. First my daughter downloaded it, but ever since I have used it as base of my every own neighbourhood. Just loving it.
