Something ive been wondering about is the wishing well that was supposed to come with Seasons (as seen in the designer walkthough), is that hidden somewhere as well, and has someone extracted it?

The wishing well is an object that your Sims can win by getting a high score in the garden club. Numenor has extracted it and made it buyable. You can find that here: Buyable wishing well .
