A very nice lot here. I love that they've finally given us some asian themes to work with and I've always wanted to start a Japanese themed neighborhood. This house might be a good way to start.

Underrated! I love this house. It's enough to fit four Sims in comfortably. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you. I feel the same way, I actually have had several generations live here and I'm constantly proud of myself for the playability of this lot. The only difficulties I noticed later were the garden/fences when you have pets, and of course the fact that there is only 1 bathroom.

I ended up using the free space next to the living room area (couches and bookcase) for instruments and pet furniture. The freeform plan of the first floor inspired me to try using more half walls occasionally and play with furniture layout instead of walls. This is still my best shot at it though.
