Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.

Classy Apartments with an old charme!

This apartment building features 4 apartments and every apartment has two levels.

Each apartment is furnished and has a kitchen, living room, closet and dining room. And in some of them there is a room extra.

Besides that
Apartment 1 and 2 feature:
2 Bathrooms
1 Master Bedroom
2 Single Bedrooms

Apartment 3 and 4 feature:
2 Bathrooms
1 Master Bedroom
1 Single Bedroom

Outside there is a big community garden with a pond, playground etc.

As with all my lots I tried to make the apartments good playable.

This apartment building fits well to my Old Town Community Centre and Old Town Small Dorm and like the others no custom content was used.

Ok, so now - I hope you like it. Feedback and thanks as always appreciated.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Oh, I can't tell you how much I adore these apartments. This is one of my favorite types of architecture, and you've made the lot with only maxis content, too! Thanks so much! The minute I start up my game, I'm going to play this lot. For now, I'm off to check out your other old town lots. :D

I just saw your other lots and I love them!! This one as well! You should (if you want to, or feel like it) make a whole neighborhood with this style. I will definetly download it then. And use it as well! But of course that is your own decision. Meanwhile I will enjoy myself with your beautifull apartments and community lots!

Hi you all! Wow, so many comments - *hugs all*

@mosterd300987: Yes, that's a great idea, but at the moment I don't have the time for it. I did a complete neighbourhood once and it was much work - but maybe I am considering it for a future upload.

I cannot thank you enough for this! You created some beautiful apartments, and only used Maxis content while doing it. It's really appreciated, as I don't like downloading lots containing custom content. Thank you so much!
