Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
No EPs required.

A starter house with quite lot of room for such a small lot, furnished for 1–2 sims, with a spare (twin) bedroom. It has an open dining/living room downstairs and some additional living space upstairs. There is room for one driveway in front of the house.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single/twin bedroom (empty)
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen
1 x dining/living room

All basics included plus an easel, a stove, a mirror and a TV. Playtested in the Base Game.

There is an unfurnished version available (fixtures only, see screenshot) which costs 16.758§.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1, available here on mts2) – you can easily expand the lot with that if your sims want a bigger garden.

Have fun!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Just wanted to say a general thank you for your many starter homes - I'm a big fan of tiny neighbourhoods, so these are perfect for my use. Keep up the good work!
