Oh yeah, the studios in Boston are really this size, minus the space saving-ness. :x I've seen apartments sort of like these with my travels into Boston through the subway. I love the exterior and the floor-plan.

ETA: They are much more expensive in terms of money as well. XD

LongTallSally... Delphy posted a note about compatibility, so I had to list all of the packs active when I built the lot. I did include some decorations from various SPs in the lot, which I believe will simply not show up if you don't have that specific SP, but I won't say that downloading incompatible lots in your game isn't without risk. Maybe someone who knows a little more about compatibility can clarify for you though!
