This is a cottage I have had lurking in my game for sometime, but I was never really happy with it. I got some feedback at the Creator Feedback Forum and decided it was now ready to upload

The house is 2 bedrooms, a big dining room kitchen, a sitting room and a cute conservatory. The house is pretty easy to extend into the garden later, as it is, this is the most I can offer for the amazing price of 19,954 simoleons.

Here is the ground floor layout, as you can see it comes fully furnished plus telephone, smoke detector and a bench in the back garden (if your sim gets desperate for cash you can sell this bench for 400 simoleons)
