Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
No EPs required.
No custom content.

Mini starter on a 1x1 lot, furnished for 1–2 sims, with a small spare room and room for one rotated driveway in front.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom (empty)
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

There is enough space on the landing upstairs for a desk or a dresser (note that due to the roof underneath, the desk needs to be turned by 90° in order to be accessible – like in the playtesting screenshot – I only noticed this during playtesting).

The kitchen has room for a stove (but none is included); all basics are included, plus a mirror.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1, available here on mts2) – you can easily expand the lot with that if your sims want a bigger garden.

Have fun!

Lot Size: 1x1
Lot Price: 9.996§

The roof recolour shown in the screenshots is by Neveah223; it is not included with the lot but I'm attaching it as a separate zip since it's not available elsewhere.
Number of bedrooms: 2 Bedrooms
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Starter Furnishings

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

You, are brilliant.

I love your work, and I would love to see even more! Thankyou so much!

This allows me to see into the minds of people! That's right, I can actually see what they're thinking!
So long as what they're thinking is exactly what I think they're thinking.

I don't know why, but I really like the color of this little home.

Love will humiliate you and hate will cradle you.
Jealousy would be far less torturous if we understood that love is a passion entirely unrelated to our merits.

I agree, very very cute house. It actually made me think about space saving for a minute funnily enough. Thank you
