You call this a 'little starters home'??? It's not cheap, either...Not really a starters home... Starters usually don't have $131,000 for a house.

Looks nice, though... VERY nice.

The reason is quit simple to explain BoilingOil

It's furnished and fully decorated.
Maybe your sim has to save a lot money before he or she can move in
