Short answer: No.

Long answer: This is a neighborhood decoration object set. Sims cannot interact with neighborhood decorations.

FANTASTIC. You Legend. How did I not see these before. So glad I found them now. I've tried making railway stations as community lots but they never looked that great but now I have someone that makes it all real. WOOHOO THANX HEAPSSSS
