What does "lot adjusted" mean? Would I be able to recolor walls outside, since they go past usual "build" limits?
I found my answer and it is BAD! "Lot adjusted" just means the "build to edge of lot" was done by shrinking the lot. BUT the disclaimer is because
THIS CAUSES THE GAME TO THROW ACCESS ERRORS THAT CAN CORRUPT THE INTIRE GAME!

False -- your game is not corrupted. Delete the lot and you'll be fine.
