Tour Across America

Plymouth, Minnesota, the number one place to live in all of the United States. Its easy to understand why such city earns such high marks while also maintaining 5 star residential and commercial zones. One house found within the residential area stands out from the rest and is worthy of being broadcasted via camera.

This home situated in a not to fancy yet traditional neighborhood, has a moderate curb appeal for the gardening, pool area, spa, and patio found beneath shelter defines the lot as being functional whilst energy flows in and through out the spacious grounds. Entering the house, one is found standing in an entry way, with the kitchen and dining area to the left and living area to the right. Just off the living area on the main level of the home there can be found bedroom 1 and a full bath.

Bedroom 2 and 3 can be found on the second level of the home, as well as the the masters bedroom, and a full bathroom. The home has been designed in a mid-grade formation with respects to furnishing and decorations found in and throughout the home. Heading six steps west of Minnesota, this tour continues in Pasadena, California in time for the Marathon being held there this upcoming Sunday.

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Got this because it looked pretty in the photos. The house is not functional. The newspaper person is unable to leave a newspaper on the doorstep, she just paces back n forth on the front porch. As the way it's been decorated inside, you can't use the fridge, there is no kitchen sink, you cannot sit on the couch to watch tv in the living room. In the kitchen, the curtains are stacked 2 different types on one another on each window & looks stupid. Upstairs, in the one bedroom, the nightstands are stacked 2 different types on one another and looks stupid also. I'm sorry I downloaded this as now I will have to bulldoze it and make my own house. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. On a scale of 1-10 on how much this is a great house, 10 being the best, 1 being the worst, I give it a 3.

Pretty house and it's nice to have the option to download it unfurnished. As for the issues presented by Silk37, I guess the porch will have to be extended so as to have some free tiles for the newspaper, and the problematic furnishings can be deleted if you downloaded the furnished version anyway.
