Ok, seriously. I "rarely" download houses because while they look pretty on the outside, the layout of the rooms indoors is rarely to my liking. But this house is just FANTASTIC! Great job! This lot is so nice, I wish I could say "thanks" twice!

(I think this is house number FOUR that I've downloaded, since TS2's release...)

E! This is my favourite mainly because it has pink and flamingo's.
I could see me-self living here, sippin' on a drink and relaxing.

Was looking for this house for days after I reinstalled Sims 2 and I just remembered that it had the word flamingo in its name. Now so I was finally able to get it again!
