amiao103,

please list all of the custom content and Store items you have used in this house. If you aren't sure which items are included in the base game (I know it can be hard to tell), you can temporarily remove your downloads and then look at the house to see what is missing.

Yes, it's missing some custom contents. I've only realized after I saw the bed in the master bedroom..it's more elegant than the one provided by TS3 base game.
