You did great on this, but there is one flaw. The fence only passes the front, and doesn't surround the lot. It may have been fine in the sims 2 to keep out townies, but in the sims 3 that is unacceptable

Corn! : Hi sorry if the picture looks like it doesn't surround the house , but it completely divides the front portion from the back ,the only way to the back portion is through the gate.

I love how it looks like you have a walkway through the middle. Also, from the pictures it looks like an easy house to navigate. Can't wait to try it out.
